- 150g fresh pineapple
- Flesh of 1 mango
- ¼ fresh lemon, no pips
- Small knob fresh ginger
- Small knob fresh turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon CLAPS (DIY LSA + see recipe in Back to Basics)
- 400g coconut water
Add all ingredients to TM bowl and blend 2 min/speed 5 increasing to speed 10. Serves 2-3.
