
THE RECIPES: This cooksite (as opposed to a cookbook) is definitely a ‘work in progress’. It would be lovely if some of the recipes were considered a ‘work of art’ but maybe that is wishful thinking! I’m adding more when I can, although it’s fairly gradual as I want to be sure they’re well tested. Many are my old or family recipes I have adapted for the Thermomix but some are newbies.
THE MACHINE: Most of the dishes are created with the help of my Thermomix which I’ve now upgraded to the TM6 model. I call it Chrisomixing.
THE CUISINES: I call myself a ‘vegequarium’ aspiring to be vegan so I often make vegan dishes but occasionally include some with seafood or dairy. I love cooking (and eating) dishes from around the world like Indian, Thai, Moroccan, Italian, just to mention a few.
THE FLAVOURS: We have family members ranging from older but young-at-heart adults, to grown-up kids to high school and primary school students. So you’ll discover everything from hot and spicy to kid-friendly with hidden veggies.
